Why can't coaching activity participants use screen recordings or submit documents on a mobile device?

For Coaching Participants, some or all of our users are submitting their activities via the Mobile App but they aren't seeing the option to record their screen or upload a document even though I enabled this from the Activity Settings. Why aren't they seeing these options?

When submitting content through the Mobile App, participants will only have the ability to record using their camera (webcam) or uploading a video from their mobile device. 

At this time direct screen-recording through Brainshark is not available for mobile devices.

Document uploads are supported on Android devices via the browser but not in the Brainshark Mobile App..


As a workaround to this, the participants could perform screen-recordings through the native device options such as apple settings, and subsequently upload that saved video to the activity.
