• Roles and Privileges: Content author, folder administrator, or company administrator

Do this step by step

Open the presentation settings

1. Navigate to the Content tab.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Hover over your presentation, click the three dot menu, and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

Set login request for presentation access

1. In the presentation settings, click the Access tab and locate the Security section.
2. To require a login, select the Require viewers to be logged in to view presentation checkbox.
   When this setting is enabled, viewers are required to enter valid login credentials for your Brainshark instance to access the presentation.
3. Click Save.

Add password protection for presentation access

1. In the presentation settings, click the Access tab and locate the Security section.
2. To set a password, select the Set a password to view presentation checkbox.
3. Enter a password between 3 and 20 characters in the text box.
4. Re-enter the password in the field below to confirm it.
5. Click Save.
