You need this to succeed

• Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Roles and Privileges: Content author, folder administrator, or company administrator

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Content tab.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Hover over your presentation, click the three dot menu, and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
5. Click the Access tab and locate the URL section.
6. Enter your custom text into the New Address field.
   Note: Your new address cannot include any spaces or special characters. Use an underscore as a separator. The custom address must be unique across your site.

7. Click Save.

   Tip: If you want to revert to the original default Brainshark URL, remove all text within the New Address field and click Save.
