You need this to succeed

• Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Roles and Privileges: Content author

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Content tab.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Hover over your presentation, click the three dot menu, and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
5. Click the General tab.
6. Scroll down to the Information section and locate the Thumbnail.
7. Hover over your current thumbnail, then click the pencil icon to replace the image.

8. Select an image from your device and upload it.

   Note: Use an image that is 1024x576 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio). Supported file types are GIF, JPG, and PNG.

9. Click Save.
