• Roles and Privileges: Content author

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Content tab.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Hover over your presentation, click the three dot menu, and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
5. Click the Access tab.
6. Locate the Mobile section and turn on the Enable mobile downloads toggle.

7. Click Save.

   Note: Content that requires connectivity to the Brainshark application, such as password-protected content, registration guestbooks, or coaching activities, is unavailable for download and cannot be viewed offline.
