Do this step by step
- Click your profile in the top-right corner and select Administration.
- Click Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Manage Users from the expanded menu.
- Search for the specific user.
- Hover over the user, click the three dot menu to the right of their active indicator, and select Profile.
- Verify that the email address in the Primary email field is correct.
- Choose your preferred reset method:
- Set and share a password manually:
- Leave the Generate new password box unchecked.
- In the Password field, enter the new password.
- In the Verify Password field, enter the same password again.
- To ensure security, select the Change password on next login checkbox.
- At the top-right of the page, click Save.
- Share the new password with the user through a secure channel.
- Generate and share a password automatically:
- Select the Generate new password checkbox. The Password and Verify Password fields will automatically gray out.
- Click Save.
- Once saved, Brainshark automatically sends the user an email containing their username and a new, randomly generated password.
- The user will be prompted to change their password on their next login.
