Do this step by step
Open the presentation editor
- To add a video to your existing presentations, click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
- Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
Add a video as a slide:
You can record or upload a video to incorporate into your presentation. An uploaded video can be in MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, or WMV format and up to 500MB in size.
- Click the Slides drop-down menu.
- Click Video, then select Upload video or Record video to record a new one.
- Choose the video file from your device.
- Wait for the video to process. After processing, your video will appear as a slide in the slide list.
Add a video as an attachment:
- Click Tools and select Manage assets.
- Click Upload file and drag and drop or browse a video file from your device
- Optionally, update the title, then click Add.
Note: Video files uploaded as attachments will open in a separate browser window, outside of the Brainshark player.
