Upload an HTML5 package to a presentation

You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles & Privileges: Author
  • Prerequisites: A valid HTML5 package compressed into a .zip file

Do this step by step

  1. Navigate to My Content.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter a title, choose a folder, and click Create.
  4. Click the Slides dropdown and select Web content.
  5. Enter a name for your slide.
  6. Click the HTML5 tab.
  7. Give the new slide a name.
  8. Drag and drop your HTML5 .zip file onto the screen, or browse your computer to select it.
  9. Click Upload.
  10. Choose the start file from the dropdown.

    Tip: Typically, the correct start file to ensure the content plays correctly is named story.html or index.html.

    Note: Newly uploaded HTML5 content will be set to inactive and hidden by default.

  11. To make the presentation Active, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open settings.
  12. Select the General tab from the menu on the left, and toggle the Active switch on under the Visibility section.
  13. Click Save.
