The Media Library in Brainshark allows you to store and manage reusable assets for your presentations. You can add presenter photos, company logos, background music, and question templates to customize your content and create a consistent experience for your viewers.

The quick way
- Navigate to My Content and select My Media Library.
- Select the tab for the content type you want to add.
- Click Add or Create.
- Upload your file, configure the details, and click Save.
Do this step by step
Follow the steps below to add and manage different types of content in your Media Library.
Add presenter profiles
Add photos and details for presentation authors or guest speakers.
- Navigate to My Content and select My Media Library.
- Select the Presenters tab and click Add.
- Browse or drag and drop an image file.
- Enter the Presenter name, Presenter title, and File name.
- Click Save.
- To edit or delete a presenter, hover over the presenter row and click the pencil or trash icon.
Add company logos
Upload logos to customize the viewing experience.
- Navigate to My Content and select My Media Library.
- Select the Company logos tab and click Add.
- Browse or drag and drop a logo image file.
- Adjust the crop box to fit the logo. The recommended size is 174px x 56px.
- Enter the Company name.
- Click Save.
- To edit or delete a logo, hover over the logo row and click the pencil or trash icon.
Create question templates
Design custom backgrounds and layouts for your question slides.
Note: Question templates are only used for legacy question slides. Modern question slides use responsive layouts that adjust automatically based on screen size.
- Navigate to My Content and select My Media Library.
- Select the Question templates tab and click Create.
- Choose an aspect ratio (16:9 or 4:3).
- Browse or drag and drop a JPG, PNG, or GIF, adjust the crop box, and click Create.
- Enter a Template name and select if the background should show on mobile devices.
- Choose the Font, Font size, Text color, and Poll graph color.
- Drag the boxes for the Question text, Attempt counter, Submit button, and Feedback box.
- Click Save.
- To edit or delete a template, hover over the template you’d like to edit and click the pencil or trash icon.
Note: Background images cannot be replaced once uploaded. To change a background image, create a new question template.
Add background music
Upload audio files to play in the background of your presentation.
- Navigate to My Content and select My Media Library.
- Select the Background music tab.
- In the My background music section, click Add.
- Browse or drag and drop an MP3 file. The file size limit is 200MB.
- Enter a Title for the music track.
- Click Save.
Note: Company music is provided by your administrator and appears in a separate list on this tab.
