Add tags to a presentation

Tags are custom keywords that help you categorize and organize your presentations in Brainshark. Adding tags makes it easier for viewers to search, filter, and navigate your training content within the content portal.

You need this to succeed

  • Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles and Privileges: Author
  • Folder Permissions: Author for at least one folder
  • Prerequisites: An existing presentation in your Brainshark instance

Do this step by step

  1. To add tags to your existing presentations, click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
  2. Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
  3. Click the three dot button on the presentation and select Edit.
  4. Click the gear icon on the top right of the screen to open Settings.
  5. Select Tags in the left side menu.
  6. Select the desired tag from the dropdown or type a keyword into the Tags input box. To create a new tag while assigning it, type the tag, then click Add new tag in the dropdown.

    Note: You must separate multiple tags with commas.

  7. Click Save.
