When user log in to the Brainshark Content Portal, they can use the custom filters in the sidebar to instantly narrow their view. If a seller needs a presentation for a software pitch to a healthcare client, they can just check the custom filters 'Software' and 'Healthcare' to find the exact presentation they need in seconds.

- Roles & Privileges: Author or Company Administrator
- Prerequisites: A Company Administrator must create custom filters before they can be applied
Do this step by step
- Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
- Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
- Click the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Click Filters in the left menu.
Expand the custom filter category you'd like to apply by clicking the down arrow, then select the values that apply to your presentation. Depending on what your admin has set up, you may select one or more values from the list. The number next to the filter category indicates how many filters are applied.
Note: An administrator creates a custom filter in the administration settings, and an author can apply that filter to their individual presentations.
- Click Save.
