Do this step by step
- To add a guestbook to your existing presentations, click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
- Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
- Click the gear icon near the top right to open Settings.
- Click the Access tab from the left menu.
- In the Viewer Info section, toggle on Enable guestbook.
- Click Edit to configure your guestbook settings.
- Optionally, provide an introduction to your guestbook in the Intro Text field.
- Toggle on Enable “Remember Me” if you want viewers to have the option to save their guestbook settings for subsequent views.
- Toggle on the specific fields you want to include on the guestbook form.
- Check the Mark as Required box to ensure viewers complete the field before advancing to the presentation.
- If your administrator has enabled it, you can add a list of options for the field. Check Create a list and list the options separated with semi-colons, then press Enter. (Example: Showspace; Oakford & Mule; Pelico Group; Duskline Tech).
- If enabled by your administrator, add one or more custom fields by toggling them on, adding a label, and selecting the applicable field settings.
- Click Save in the top right to finalize your edits. Now, when you share the presentation, the viewer will start by filling out the guestbook.
