Do this step by step

Make inactive from the My Content tab

1. Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Select the table view icon next to Filters.
4. Toggle Active off next to the presentation you’d like to hide from viewers.

Make inactive from the presentation editor

1. Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
2. On the My Content tab, view Presentations.
3. Hover over your presentation, click the three dot button, and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
5. Under the Visibility section, toggle off the Active switch.
6. Click Save in the top right corner.
