- Roles & Privileges: Author, Enhanced Folder Administrator, or Company Administrator
Do this step by step
Open the presentation editor
- Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
- Click the three dot button on the presentation and select Edit.
Enable sharing and embed access
- Click the gear icon to open Settings.
- Click the Player tab in the left menu.
- In the Viewers Can section, check the Share presentation box to enable sharing.
- Check the Embed presentation box to enable embedding.
- Click Save.
Generate the embed code
- Click Content in the top menu and select Content Portal.
- In tile view, hover over a presentation tile and click the share icon. Or in table view, click the three dot menu next to a presentation and select Share.
- Click the Embed code tab.
- Choose the size of the presentation thumbnail.
- Copy the HTML code to paste into your website.
Tip: If you have enabled viewers access to the embed code, viewers can generate it themselves by clicking the three vertical dots in the lower right-hand corner of the player and clicking Embed.
