Do this step by step
Track the status of your enrolled courses
- Navigate to the Learning tab and select My Enrollments.
- View your enrolled courses.
- The course status is shown at the bottom of each course or curriculum thumbnail. In table view, the Status column displays your progress. Here you can see if your course is either Not started, In progress, or Completed.
- If the learning activity has a due date, you can view it in the Due Date column in table view.
Generate a My transcript report
- Navigate to the Learning tab and select My Enrollments.
- Click My Transcript near the top right of the page. You will be redirected to the reporting page.
- In the Dates section, change the enrollment start and end dates as needed.
- Under Output, choose your preferred format, such as CSV, PDF, HTML, or XML.
- Choose how to receive the report:
- On-screen only
- Email to
- File transfer (FTP/SFTP/FTPS)
- Click Run Report.
