• Roles and Privileges: All users
• Prerequisites: Waitlists enabled on the Course Event session

Do this step by step

1. Click the Learning tab.
2. Click Course Catalog.
3. Search for the desired Course Event with scheduled sessions.
4. Click the course card to open the course detail view.
5. Click Enroll. You’ll see the available sessions for the Course Event. If the one you would like to enroll in is full, select it, click Select waitlist, and click Enroll.
6. If your company requires session selection at enrollment, you must choose an available backup session in addition to joining the waitlist for your preferred session. If you are enrolled from the waitlist into your preferred session, the system will automatically unenroll you from your backup session.
7. You can check if you are on a waitlist by viewing the course details of the Course Event found on the My Enrollments tab
