• Roles and Privileges: All users
• Prerequisite: The author must enable the completion certificate for the presentation or course

Do this step by step

Download from Achievements

1. Click the Learning tab and select My Enrollments.
2. Click Achievements in the top right corner.
3. Click the course title or + icon to generate a certificate.
4. Click the cloud icon to download your certificate.

Download from the Course overview

1. Click the Learning tab.
2. Select My Enrollments from the dropdown menu.
3. Search for your completed course or curriculum.
4. Click the info icon to open the overview.
5. Click the Generate certificate button.
6. Once the certificate is generated, the Download certificate button will appear.
7. Click the Download certificate button to save your certificate.

Download from the Brainshark player

1. Click the Learning tab.
2. Select My Enrollments from the dropdown menu.
3. Open the Brainshark course you wish to complete in the Brainshark player.
4. View the completion status bar at the top of the table of contents section on the left side of the player.
5. Meet the completion requirements, and the completion indicator turns green, with a down arrow appearing next to it.
6. Click the down arrow to generate and download your certificate.
7. A pop-up will show that the certificate is generating, and then the PDF will download to your device.
