Do this step by step

You can access your results through the completion indicator or the branching menu, depending on how the author configured the content and the course type.

Using the completion indicator

1. Open the Brainshark course in the Brainshark player.
2. Click the eye icon within the completion indicator directly above the table of contents.
3. Review your data on the pop-up completion results page.
4. For a physical record, click Print Page. If available, click Print Certificate to print your completion certificate.

Via Next Up

The Next Up icon only appears when completion criteria have been enabled for the content. This option is typically available for coaching activities tied to a presentation. If the criteria are not yet met, the icon will not display in the player.

1. Watch the presentation and meet the required completion criteria.

2. Click the Next Up icon in the bottom right corner of the player.

   Note: The Next Up icon flashes for seven seconds before disappearing. If it disappears, click the three dot menu and select Next Up. If set by the author, you will view your completion results.

3. Review your data on the pop-up completion results page.
4. For a physical record, click Print Page. If available, click Print Certificate to print your completion certificate.
