1. Close your web browser window completely.

   Note: Your browser must be completely closed out and relaunched before restarting your view.

2. Relaunch the presentation or course link.

3. Click the Start Over icon in the Brainshark player.

   Note: This icon is only visible if the author has not set a limit on the number of attempts.
