You need this to succeed
- Plan: Bigtincan Basic Content, Bigtincan Content, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Standard, Bigtincan Standard Plus
- Roles & Privileges: Author, Folder Administrator, or Company Administrator
Do this step by step
- To replace slides in your existing presentations, click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
- Search and filter your Presentations to locate the presentation you'd like to edit.
- Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
- Click the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Click the Completion tab in the left menu.
- Toggle on Enable completion requirements.
Under the Completion Criteria section, enter the required percentage of slides viewed, percentage of audio played, and the test score needed to pass.
Tip: We recommend setting the percentage of audio played to 80% or less. Setting this to 100% means that missing even one second of audio will prevent the viewer from reaching a completed status.
- To show a progress marker in the presentation viewer, check Display completion indicator in viewer.
- To add a link to the results from the completion indicator, check Link to completion results. You can Include option to print certificate as well.
- Choose an option under the Completion Branching section to control the viewer's next step after they finish, such as Do nothing, Go to presentation, Go to web link, Go to completion results, or Go to completion certificate.
Select a custom certificate template from the drop-down menu, if applicable, and type your customized text in the Certificate Message box.
Tip: Click Preview to generate a visual preview of how the certificate will look.
- Check Email certificate to the user to send it automatically upon completion.
- Click Save.
