Print slides from a presentation

  • Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
  • Roles and Privileges: All users
  • Prerequisites: The Print slides setting enabled by the presentation author.

Do this step by step

If the author has allowed this setting on their content, you may print the slides for your own use.

  1. Open the presentation in one of two ways:
    • From your library: Go to the Content tab, select Content Portal or Favorites, and click the presentation's card (or title, in table view).
    • From a shared link: Open the link sent to you.
  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the player.
  3. Select Print from the expanded menu.
  4. Set the print properties in the pop-up window, then click Print to print to a printer or Save to save as a PDF.
  1. Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
  2. Locate the presentation you want to print.
  3. Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
  4. Your presentation will open in edit mode. Click the three dot menu on the top right corner.
  5. Select Print slides from the dropdown menu.
  6. Set the print properties in the pop-up window, then click Print to print to a printer or Save to save as a PDF.

Allow viewers to print your slides

As an author, you can allow viewers to print the slides in your presentation.

  1. Click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
  2. Locate the presentation you'd like to print.
  3. Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
  4. Your presentation will open in edit mode. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
  5. Select the Player option from the left side menu.
  6. Scroll down to the Viewers Can section. Check the Print slides box.
  7. Click Save to apply your settings. Now, viewers can print the presentation from the player.
