  • The Resume views setting enabled by the presentation author.
  • You must use the exact same device and web browser, and ensure browser cookies are enabled.

Do this step by step

The Resume viewing option uses third-party browser cookies to track your progress. If you clear your cache, disable cookies, switch browsers, or change devices, you will not be able to resume your view.

1. Reopen the paused presentation in the same browser and on the same device you used before. Reopen the presentation in one of two ways:
   • From your library: Go to the Content tab, select Content Portal or Favorites, and click the presentation's card (or title, in table view).
   • From a shared link: Open the link sent to you.
2. Click the Play button overlaying the slide where you left off to resume the presentation.
3. To retake the material, click the start over button next to the Play button.

Note: Resume views cannot return a viewer to a specific timestamp within a video slide.

Note: If the author makes changes to the presentation or course, you will not see the resume overlay on your next view.

Note: if you are logged in as the presentation's author, the resume function is not supported, and the content will always start at the beginning.
