• Permissions: All users
• Prerequisites:
  • The Brainshark app on an iOS or Android device
  • The Mobile offline feature enabled by your company administrator
  • Offline viewing enabled by the presentation author

Do this step by step

1. Open the Brainshark mobile app.
2. Tap the content tab, then locate the presentation you want to download.
3. Tap the cloud icon on the content card or details page to initiate the download.
   Note: You can only initiate one download at a time. Content with specific viewing restrictions, such as passwords, registration guestbooks, or coaching activities, cannot be downloaded.
4. Tap the Downloads tab to access your saved content, whether online or offline.
5. To free up device space, swipe left on the content in the Downloads tab to delete it.
