Do this step by step

If enabled by the author, you may contact them with questions about the presentation.

1. Open the presentation in one of two ways:
   1. From your library: Go to the Content tab, select Content Portal or Favorites, and click the presentation's card (or title, in table view).
   2. From a shared link: Open the link sent to you.
2. Click the three dot menu in the bottom right corner of the player.
3. Select Submit a question from the expanded menu.
4. In the pop-up, your email address has been added to the From field.
5. Type your message in the Question field.
6. Click Send to submit your question to the presentation author.

Note: If you do not see the option to submit a question, the presentation author has not enabled the feature, or you are viewing the presentation offline on a mobile device.
