Do this step by step

1. Click the Content tab and select Content Portal.

2. Locate the presentation from which you want to download attachments.

   Tip: In card view, look for the paperclip icon at the bottom of the card. The number next to it shows how many attachments the presentation has.

3. Click the presentation card to open it in the Brainshark player.
4. In the left-side panel, click the ATTACHMENTS tab.
5. Click the file to open it in a new browser tab.

6. Save the attachment.

   Note: The presentation author may have configured specific attachments to auto-launch outside of the Brainshark player, or to only appear during specific slides.
