Other authors can customize the deck by adding their own slides, like a custom cover slide or contact information, without altering the core presentation. When you update the core presentation, those changes automatically flow into their personalized versions.

Do this step by step

1. To enable personalization for a presentation, click Content in the top menu and select My Content.
2. Locate the presentation you’d like to allow personalization.
3. Click the three dot menu on the presentation and select Edit.
4. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
5. Click the Player tab in the left menu.
6. In the Viewers Can section, check the Allow others to personalize this content box.
7. Choose if you’d like to allow your core presentation to be wrapped in personalized slides or if users can replace specific slides with their personalized slides.
   • Wrap core with slides: Choose how many slides can be added in front of and/or in back of your presentation.
   • Replace existing slides: For each drop-down menu, select either None or an existing slide from your presentation that can be replaced with a personalized slide.
8. Click Save.
