Color Palettes let Administrators define and save brand colors for consistent use across Digital Sales Room templates. Instead of selecting colors individually for each widget, create a palette with your brand colors and apply them quickly wherever color options appear.
How Color Palettes work
Admins:
- Create individual custom colors with names
- Organize colors into themed palettes with descriptions
- Make palettes available across your organization
Template Creators:
- Select which color palettes are available in each template
Room Owners:
- Choose colors from approved palettes when building Rooms from templates
Creating Custom Colors
Before creating Color Palettes, admins need to add individual colors to your organization's color library.
- Navigate to Platform Configuration > Sharing > Color Palettes > Colors
- Select Add Color
- Create your color using the color picker or entering a Hex code
- Name your color - Give each color a descriptive name like "Primary Blue" or "Accent Orange" so users can identify it easily
Creating Color Palettes
Once you've added custom colors, organize them into palettes for specific uses.
- Navigate to Platform Configuration > Sharing > Color Palettes > Palettes
- Select Create Palette
- Name your Palette - Use clear names like "Primary Brand Colors" or "Product Launch Theme"
- Add a description - Explain when and how to use this palette.
- Choose which custom colors belong in this palette
Once you’ve created a Color Palette, template creators can control which Color Palettes are available when users build Rooms from their template.
