How to Delete Files from a Story

In order to make any changes to a story, a user or admin must have Edit rights to that particular story

Web App

1. Open a story from which you need to delete a file and click on Edit (top right corner)
2. Click on Files, then click on Options next to the file you need to delete
   
3. Click on Delete button
   
4. Click on Delete again to confirm
5. Once the files you no longer need are deleted, re-publish the story for the changes to take effect by clicking on Publish in the top right corner 
   

iOS

1. Open a story from which you need to delete a file, click on ellipsis(top right corner) and click on Edit
   
2. Scroll down to the Files section and click on the file you wish to delete
   
3. Click on Publish (top right corner) for the changes to take effect

Android

1. Open a story from which you need to delete a file, click on ellipsis(top right corner)
2. Click on Edit
   
3. Scroll down to the Files section, click on ellipsis on the file you wish to delete, then click on Delete
   
4. Click on Publish(top right corner) for the changes to take effect
   

Windows

1. Open a story from which you need to delete a file, click on ellipsis(top right corner)
2. Scroll to the Files section and click the Delete button (all the way to the right) next to the file you wish to delete
   Click on Yes to confirm
   
3. Click on Publish (top right corner) for the changes to take effect
