A Learning or Company Administrator may wish to remove a completed student from a Brainshark course or curriculum. Students with "Completed" statuses will not be able to be removed from the course or curriculum.
As a workaround, the student will need to be re-enrolled in the content to reset their status to "Enrolled", which then will allow them to be removed from the course or curriculum.
For any reporting on the student's past enrollments, the "Include Historical Enrollments" checkbox will need to be marked in order to report on any previous enrollments.
