How to send files to Brainshark Support using SendSafely
- In your Support ticket, you will receive a message from Brainshark Support that contains the verbiage shown below. Click the link displayed in your email:
- In your browser window, enter your email address and click or drag your file into the dropzone (see below). Click Submit.
- After you submit your file, you will see a confirmation message that your file has been delivered (see below):
How to open files from Brainshark Support using SendSafely
- In your Support ticket, you will receive a message from Brainshark Support that contains the verbiage shown below. Click the link displayed in your email:
- In your browser window, you will see the page shown below. Enter your email address and press submit. This will send a verification email to the inbox of the email address entered
- Navigate to the inbox of the email address entered. An email will be sent from Brainshark Secure Data Transfer System (notifications@sendsafely.com) with the subject line Email Verification Code. Enter the verification code received in your browser window and press Submit (see below).
*Note: If you do not receive a verification email and have checked your junk/spam folder, select the option highlighted above to send another verification email. - Next, click the view or download options highlighted below to view the file
