Why am I receiving “Invalid User Credentials” when attempting to login to my account for the first time via the Brainshark Mobile App? 

Users will not be able to login to their Brainshark accounts via the Mobile App if they are required to change their password on the first or next login

Users who are logging into their accounts for the first time should do so via a web browser if they encounter this error and they will be prompted to change the password. This can be done from either a desktop computer or a mobile device using one of Brainshark’s supported web browsers.
