• Plan: Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan RolePlayAI, Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Permissions: Company Administrator
• Prerequisites: You must contact your Customer Success Manager or Bigtincan Support to have the Site Administration team enable the Highspot integration for your Brainshark site.

Do this step by step

Enable the Brainshark Learning tab in Highspot:

1. Navigate to the Everyone group in Highspot.
2. Click the Enable Brainshark Learning Tab box. 
   This creates an iframe that loads the Brainshark Learning tab directly in Highspot, exchanging only the necessary authentication data.

Add Brainshark content as in-line assets:

1. Open the add files picker in Highspot.
2. Click to select the Brainshark courses you want to add to Highspot. 
   Highspot connects to Brainshark and retrieves content metadata to create interactive thumbnails for your users.
3. Set these new assets as related items on any piece of content, or feature them on a SmartPage.
