Viewing your coaching feedback and scores lets you review constructive comments, numerical ratings, and machine-analysis data for your assignments. This ensures you can easily identify areas for improvement and refine your communication skills for future presentations.

  • Config: You must have submitted a response to a coaching activity

Do this step by step

For a standalone coaching activity

  1. Click the Coaching tab.
  2. On the As a participant sub-tab, locate your activity in the To do section or open the All activities tab.
  3. Click the activity title of an assignment that has been reviewed.
  4. Review your feedback on the right side of the page. Depending on how the assignment is set up by your administrator, you’ll see your overall grade percentage, as well as what you scored in each category. 

    Note: If you submitted multiple drafts, select the version number from the Version drop-down menu. You might need to scroll down the page to view all reviewer comments.

For a coaching course

  1. Click the Learning tab.
  2. In the My Enrollments section, set the filter for Status.
  3. Locate the course and click View Details.

    Note: If your course is part of a curriculum, look for the curriculum and click View Courses first.

  4. Click View Feedback.
  5. Review your feedback on the right side of the page.

    Tip: If the activity has automated feedback enabled, you can click the Automated Feedback tab next to the Reviewer Feedback tab to view your machine score, topic coverage, and speech metrics.
