Recording multiple takes in a coaching activity allows you to practice your delivery before submitting your final draft. These takes are automatically saved in your account even if they are not submitted, ensuring you can review different versions and select the best one for your reviewers.

• Plan: Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan RolePlayAI, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Permissions: All users
• Config: You must be a participant in the coaching activity, and the activity creator must not have restricted the number of retries

Do this step by step

1. Click the Coaching tab.
2. On the As a participant sub-tab, locate your activity in the To do section and click its name (or open the All activities tab).
3. Click the New Response button.

4. Click the Switch Take button next to the New Response button.

   Note: Activity creators can enable an optional setting that limits the number of takes you may submit.

5. Click any take in the pop-up window to view it.
6. Click the trash can icon in the bottom right corner of a take to delete it.
