• Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Roles and Privileges: Content author, learning author, or company administrator
• Prerequisites: A company administrator must enable Content Download Access for the company site and explicitly authorize your user account to download content

Do this step by step

1. Click the Content tab.
2. Select My Content from the dropdown.
3. Locate your presentation, click the three dot icon, and select Edit.
4. Select the three dot icon in the top right corner of the player.
5. Select Export from the dropdown menu, then click Export as Video.

6. Click Export in the pop-up window to generate the MP4 file.

   Note: You'll receive an email at your Showpad profile address once the export is complete. You can close the dialog while it processes.
