Brainshark company sites may be configured to authenticate user logins through single sign on credentials.
If a user encounters an SSO login error on that references that they are blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, we would recommend they directly connect with their internal IT Department or Single Sign on Administrator. They should request to be added to the group that is authorized to access Brainshark. This is not something that Bigtincan Support can process on their behalf.
The error commonly looks similar to this message below:
- AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Brainshark Production to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user '(Username or email here)' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
