If you have created a new Channel and you are unable to find it in the Content tab, this is most likely because you have not provided View permissions to it.
To resolve this:
- Go into the Platform Configuration and navigate to Structure
- From the Tabs select the Channel you created
- You will notice that there are 0 Groups assigned
- Under Groups click on the + icon
- We recommend selecting a Group over an individual User
- Find the Group and then click on the + icon, you can select multiple Groups at once
- Once finished, click Add # Groups
- Select the appropriate permissions in the dropdown box
- To save click Add Groups
Provided that you are a member of the Group that you just added, you should now be able to see the Channel in the Content tab.
