How do I add a form to a story or channel?

Prerequisites to adding a form to a story or channel:

• Form status is not in Draft mode - needs to be Published
• Form needs to have appropriate View permissions for the users
• You have Publisher permissions to the Channel you are adding the form to

Adding to a Story

Adding a form to a story allows the possibility of grouping multiple forms and files in the one story. 

To add the form to a story first create the story in the channel you wish to have the form in.

• While in the edit mode go to the Files section
• Choose Add File 
• Select Forms from the dropdown menu
• From the window that appears select the category and then the form you wish to add
• You can continue adding multiple forms and other files if you wish
• Publish the story when you are finished

Adding as a Quicklink to a Channel

Adding a form as a quicklink in a channel provides a more convenient method of accessing a form as it does not require the user to click into the story.

To add a form as a quicklink in a channel, click on the + icon in the top right corner

This will open the quicklink in edit mode.

Add the following details:

• Quicklink Title
• Select Channel
• Type:
  • Select Form 
  • Add Form
• From the window that appears select the category and then the form you wish to add
• Publish the Quicklink when you are finished
