Rainmaker 1:10: Remote Supporting 13 Languages

Remote now supports 13 languages. Default language is English unless another supported language is selected for the device. The supported languages are:

1. English(en-US)

2. English(en-GB)

3. Dutch

4. French

5. German

6. Italian

7. Japanese

8. Polish

9. Portuguese

10. Russian

11. Simplified Chinese

12. Spanish

13. Turkish

Content List Enhancements

The content list now contains content type, and content version number and shows the Remote channel icon.
