• Permissions: All users
• Prerequisites: Separate user credentials for the training portal

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to https://www.brainshark.com/training ↗.

   Tip: We recommend using a different web browser for the training site than you use for your main company site. Only one Brainshark account can be active in a browser at a time.

2. Click Login in the top right corner.

   Note: If you have not logged in before, click Create account. You will receive an email with your login credentials.

3. Click the Learning tab at the top of your account.
4. Watch the Welcome Video in your Learning Locker.
5. Click Course Catalog.
6. Search for and select the Administration Certification Basics curriculum.

7. Click Enroll near the top right.

   Tip: You can take the courses within this curriculum in any order you want.
