Do this step by step

You can log in to or authenticate with Brainshark using several methods, depending on your company's configuration.

Standard web login

Log in directly using your registered credentials on your company's portal.

1. After you receive a welcome email from your company, you can log in to Brainshark by visiting the site at the address provided and using the username and password provided.
2. Navigate to your company's specific login directory page. Example: www.brainshark.com/companyname
3. Enter your registered user name or email address in the User Name field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field.
5. Click Login.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses an identity provider such as Microsoft Entra or Okta, you can authenticate with your standard corporate credentials.

Self-registration

If enabled by your company administrator, you can create your own account and log in using a self-registration link provided on the login page.

1. Click Create Account on the login directory page for your company.
2. On the registration page, fill in your basic information and contact details.
3. You’ll receive a welcome email.
4. With the information in the welcome email, follow the instructions for standard web login.

Brainshark mobile app

You can log in to the mobile app on an iOS or Android device.

1. Open the Brainshark app and enter your email address.
2. You’ll be directed to your company’s Brainshark account. If you’ve registered with more than one Brainshark account, tap the one you want to log in to.
3. Enter your password and tap Login.
4. Alternatively, tap Email Me to receive an email with a link to connect you to your account.

Note: if this is your first time logging in and you must change your password, you must log in via a web browser first.

Third-party integrations

You can access your Brainshark account directly through connected platforms:

• Salesforce: Access learning and content tabs through the Brainshark CRM Connector for Salesforce.
• Highspot and Seismic: Access embedded Brainshark Learning and Coaching pages directly within these platforms.
• Microsoft Outlook: Connect your account to the Brainshark for Outlook add-in or plug-in to access and share content from your email.
