Do this step by step
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window
- Select Settings
- In the blue search bar, type "cookies"
- Select the Third-party cookies section
- In the Sites allowed to use third-party cookies section, click Add
- In the resulting text field, enter [*.]brainshark.com
- Make sure the "Including third-party cookies on this site" checkbox is also enabled
- If you select the Clear on exit option, cookies are deleted every time you close your browser
Mobile (Chrome)
If you don't allow sites to save cookies, most sites that require you to sign in won't work and your saved preferences may not be saved.
To allow third-party cookies for all sites:
- On your Android device, open Chrome
- At the top right, tap More > Settings
- Tap Privacy and security > Third-party cookies
- Select Allow third-party cookies
To allow third-party cookies for Brainshark only:
- On your Android device, open Chrome and go to https://www.brainshark.com
- At the top right, tap More > Settings
- Tap Site settings > Third-party cookies
- Select Allow third-party cookies
Firefox
- Click the three bars in the top right corner of the browser window
- Select Options from the drop-down menu
- Go to the Privacy and Security section
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
- Ensure Accept cookies is enabled and Accept third-party cookies is set to Always
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Select Cookies and site permissions in the menu on the left
- Select Cookies and site data
- Make sure Allow sites to save and read cookie data is turned on and Block third-party cookies is turned off
Safari
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences
- Select Privacy
- Deselect Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies
- Set www.brainshark.com to Allow
Mobile (iPhone)
- Go to Settings, scroll down, and select Safari
- Scroll down to Privacy & Security
- Set Prevent Cross-Site Tracking to Off
