Do this step by step

Google Chrome

1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window
2. Select Settings
3. In the blue search bar, type "cookies"
4. Select the Third-party cookies section
5. In the Sites allowed to use third-party cookies section, click Add
6. In the resulting text field, enter [*.]brainshark.com
   • Make sure the "Including third-party cookies on this site" checkbox is also enabled
7. If you select the Clear on exit option, cookies are deleted every time you close your browser

Mobile (Chrome)

If you don't allow sites to save cookies, most sites that require you to sign in won't work and your saved preferences may not be saved.

To allow third-party cookies for all sites:

1. On your Android device, open Chrome
2. At the top right, tap More > Settings
3. Tap Privacy and security > Third-party cookies

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window

Safari

1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences
