Forgot your password or just want to update it? No problem. Brainshark gives you two ways to reset or change your password. Either from the login page before you sign in, or directly from your profile once you’re logged in.

• Plan: Bigtincan Authoring, Bigtincan Basic Learning, Bigtincan Basic Readiness, Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Essential, Bigtincan Readiness, Bigtincan Standard, or Bigtincan Standard Plus
• Roles and Privileges: All users
• Prerequisites: An email address associated with your account to receive the reset link

Do this step by step

Reset your password from the login page

1. Navigate to their company's Brainshark login page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter either your email address or user name and click Submit.
3. You’ll receive an email with password recovery instructions. The email will be sent to the address associated with the Brainshark account.
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Enter a new password in the New Password field.
6. Re-enter the new password in the Verify Password field to confirm.
7. Click Login

Note: If you don’t have an email address associated with the account, or you can’t access that inbox, contact your company administrator to request a password reset instead.

Change your password from your profile

1. Click your profile in the upper right corner and select Edit profile.
2. In the Account Information section:
   • Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
   • Enter a new password in the New Password field.
   • Re-enter the new password in the Verify Password field to confirm.
3. Click Change password to save your new password.
