Do this step by step

Search the Course Catalog

The Course Catalog contains all available courses and curricula designed to help you build your expertise.

  1. Navigate to the Learning tab, then select Course Catalog.
  2. Enter keywords into the search box and press Enter.

    Note: This search scans multiple fields, including course titles, course ID numbers, course descriptions, learning topic, learning tags, curriculum titles, and curriculum ID numbers.

  3. Narrow your search by clicking the Filters button in the upper right. Use the drop-down menus to narrow your view by:
    • Learning Type: Filter by All, Courses, or Curriculums.
    • Course Type: Filter by formats such as All, Brainshark Course, Checklist Course, Course Event, Imported Course, External Course, or a custom course type if created by an admin or coach author.
  4. Choose your layout by clicking the view options buttons to switch between card view and table view:
    • In table view, click the column header Title to sort alphabetically. The table view columns are:
      • Title: the title of the course or curriculum.
      • Type: The course type.
      • Courses: the number of courses in the curriculum.
      • Last Modified: The date the learning item was last edited. Click to switch between Last Modified and Expiration.
      • Expiration: The date the learning activity expires.
      • Duration: How long it should take to complete the learning activity. Click the Filters button to reveal this column.
    • In card view, to sort your search results, click the words next to Sort By and select an option from the drop-down menu. Click the arrow next to the option to sort by ascending or descending order. You can sort by: Title, Duration, Author, Last Modified, Expiration Date.

Search My Enrollments

The My Enrollments tab displays all the training activities you are actively working on, have completed, or that have expired.

  1. Navigate to the Learning tab, then select My Enrollments.
  2. Enter your search terms in the search box and press Enter.

    Note: This search scans multiple fields, including course titles, course ID numbers, course descriptions, learning topic, learning tags, curriculum titles, and curriculum ID numbers.

  3. Filter your enrollments by clicking the Filters button in the upper right. Use the drop-down menus to filter your view by:
    1. Learning Type: Filter by All, Courses, or Curriculums.
    2. Course Type: Filter by formats such as All, Brainshark, Checklist, Course Event, Imported, or External.
    3. Status: Filter by progress (All, Not Started / In Progress, Completed / Expired).
  4. Choose your layout by clicking the view options buttons to switch between card view and table view:
    • In table view, click the column header Title to sort alphabetically. The table view columns are:
      • Title: the title of the course or curriculum
      • Type: The course type.
      • Status: Your progress to date with the learning activity.
      • Recently Viewed: The date you most recently viewed the learning activity. Click to switch between Recently Viewed, Completed, Expiration, Due Date, and Next Session Date.
      • Completed: The date you completed the learning activity.
      • Expiration: The date the learning activity expires or has expired.
      • Due Date: The date the learning activity is due to be completed.
      • Next Session Date: The date of the next learning session.
      • Duration: How long it should take to complete the learning activity. Click the Filters button to reveal this column.
      • Score: Your most recent score. Click the Filters button to reveal this column.
  • In card view, to sort your search results, click the words next to Sort By and select an option from the drop-down menu. Click the arrow next to the option to sort by ascending or descending order. You can sort by: Due Date, Title, Status, Recently Viewed, and Expiration Date.

Search as an Administrator

Administrators can search for all company content and coaching activities across the entire organization, including inactive or archived files that are hidden from standard users.

  1. Click your profile drop-down menu and select Administration.
  2. Click Content in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Manage Content.
  4. Enter keywords in the search box to find presentations or courses across your organization.
