Granting download access allows designated users to download presentations and courses as videos. This functionality can be assigned to users who already have the ability to edit presentations. Enabling users to download presentations ensures they can access and view content offline.

Do this step by step

Grant download access

1. Click your profile and select Administration.
2. Click Company in the left menu, then select Presentations.

3. Click Content Download Access. You will see Total Users Allowed to download in your company and Allowed user on this page. Allowed users are the current number of users who can already download content.

   Note: If you do not see the Content Download Access feature in your settings, contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it for your company portal.
   The number of users allowed to download access is set based on your company's pricing plan.

4. Click Add Users button to grant this permission to other users.
5. Select the users you want to provide download permissions to, then click Select.

Download presentation as a video

1. Click Content in the top menu, then select Content Portal from the dropdown menu.
2. Locate the presentation you'd like to download as a video. Click the three dot button on the presentation and select Edit.
3. Click the three dot button in the top right corner and select Export.
4. Click Export as a video.
