Loading Forms

You can manage your forms by loading the available forms to your device. To manage available forms follow these simple steps:

1. Tap the COG, in the top left corner of the dashboard to open the settings.
2. Tap Manage Lists.
3. Here you will see a list of all the available forms.
4. Tap the Reload icon, in the top right corner of the pop-up window. This will save a version of the form to your device, allowing you to complete and save to drafts when your device is offline.

Note:A Green tick in a cloud beside a form identifies loaded forms.
