Does Agnitio Provide the Outgoing Email or must an Email Server and Credentials be Provided?

If using the API ag.sendMail(), the Engager will call the iPad’s built-in mail client and open a composer window on top of content with supplied parameters pre-filled.

If using the provisioning APIs like ag.content.provide(), ag.content.send() or ag.content.proxy(), the email will be sent from Agnitio's email server. By default, the email of the Engager user (sales rep) will be defined as the reply-to email address.

When sending a Rainmaker Email (Approved email) the email will be sent from Agnitio's email server. By default, the email of the Engager user (sales rep) will be defined as the reply-to email address.

 

In the case of capturing signatures, emails are sent from our servers when syncing presentations.
