How do I access my Favorites?

Overview

Viewers with Brainshark accounts will have the ability to add content from the Home or My Content tabs to the Favorites section in their account. 

Sections

• Favorites on a Desktop
• Favorites in the Mobile App

Favorites on a Desktop

1) Select the Content tab dropdown and select Favorites  or if already in the Content Poral select the Favorites tab
 

Favorites in the Mobile App

1) Select the shadow box icon at the bottom left of the app.

2)There will be a filter located at the top of that page. Select that drop-down menu, followed by Favorites.
