Do this step by step

Add a reviewer to a coaching activity

1. Navigate to the Coaching tab.
2. Click the All activities tab.
3. Locate the coaching activity you wish to add reviewers to.
4. Click the three dots button on the right side and select Edit.
5. Scroll to the Reviewers section and click Select to add individual users or groups.
6. Select the user's name to add them as a reviewer.
7. Click Save and return to course.
8. Click Save to apply your changes.

Remove a reviewer from a coaching activity

1. Click the three dots button on the right side of the activity and select Edit.
2. Scroll down to the Reviewers section.
3. Click the X icon next to the reviewer’s name to remove them.
4. Click Save.

Note: Removing a reviewer does not delete any evaluations they have already submitted for the activity.
