You need this to succeed
- Plan: Bigtincan Elite, Bigtincan Readiness, or Bigtincan RolePlayAI
- Roles and Privileges: Company administrator, learning administrator, or learning manager
- Prerequisites: A dummy user created to represent the Virtual Coach, and a coaching activity to assign it to.
Do this step by step
Add a Virtual Coach in your company
- Go to Administration.
- Create a dummy user to represent the Virtual Coach.
- Click Coaching from the left navigation menu.
- Click Coaching Settings from the expanded menu.
- Scroll to the Virtual Coach section.
- Click the down arrow on the search bar.
- Find the user you created, then click on it.
- Click Save Changes.
Assign a Virtual Coach to your coaching activity
- Go to the Coaching tab from the top navigation menu.
- Find the coaching activity you want to assign a Virtual Coach to.
- Hover over the activity name and click the three dot icon that appears on the right.
- Click Edit to open the coaching activity in edit mode.
- Scroll to the Reviewer section and click Select.
- Select the virtual coach you added earlier as the company reviewer.
- Click Save.
Note: Automated Feedback and reviewer assignment are separate settings. Assigning a reviewer, including Virtual Coach, doesn’t generate automated feedback on its own. If Automated Feedback is off, submissions wait for a human reviewer, even when Virtual Coach is listed as a reviewer.
Turn on Automated Feedback before you invite participants. Submissions made while it was off won’t be evaluated, even if you turn it on later.
